Vidyapith started its journey on 10th July 2005. So far, in almost four years, Vidyapith awarded about £28,500 (approximately, Rs. 23 Lakhs) as grants to 34 different schools / organisations in 9 different districts in West Bengal (Kolkata, Uttar 24-Paraganas, Dakshin 24-Paraganas, Purba Medinipur, Paschim Medinipur, Hooghly, Bardhaman, Bankura and Purulia).
